Exploring my chosen topic

I became set on my idea of exploring the roles of women in comedy and the way that the female comedic persona is shaped by the predeceasing superiority enforced by males in the industry.

I entered into a free-flowing stream of thought and later collated these into the diagram you see below.

As a creator, I tend to begin visualising a project / performance through establishing a loose structure in my head, mainly regarding form and style. I knew that as I was exploring the sphere of the entertainment industry and comedy, my main focus of form would be stand-up comedy and audience-based performance, which led to me imagining my project similar to the style of a comedy gig or solo female performance.
